Member of the Court definition

Member of the Court or “Members of the Court” means a person or persons appointed as Judge or Judges in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Protocol;
Member of the Court means the person who, for the time being, constitutes the Court.

Examples of Member of the Court in a sentence

  • A Member of the Council of State or of the Storting may not be elected as a Member of the Court of Impeachment.
