Member of the Court definition

Member of the Court or “Members of the Court” means a person or persons appointed as Judge or Judges in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Protocol;
Member of the Court means the person who, for the time being, constitutes the Court.
Member of the Court or “Justice(s)” means Students appointed as members of the Court in accordance with the Student Constitution.
