Member of the Service definition

Member of the Service means a person appointed in a substantive capacity under the provisions of these rules and orders/rules in force previous to the commencement of these rules, to a post in the cadre of the service.
Member of the Service means a person appointed to a post in the service under the provisions of these rules ;
Member of the Service means a person who has been appointed to the service and who has not retired or resigned, been removed or dismissed, been substantively transferred or reduced to another service or been discharged otherwise than for want of a vacancy.
