Examples of Member of the Organization in a sentence

  • Acceptance of this Agreement by any Member or Associate Member of the Organization shall be effected by the deposit of an instrument of acceptance with the Director-General of the Organization and shall take effect on receipt of such instrument by the Director-General.

  • In addition, the Director-General shall certify copies of this Agreement and transmit one copy to each Member of the Organization and to such non-member nations of the Organization that are or may become parties to this Agreement.

  • Membership in the Commission shall be open to any Member of the Organization and such non-member State of the Organization that is a Member of the United Nations, any of its Specialized Agencies or the International Atomic Energy Agency provided that the territory of such State is situated wholly or partly within the Area defined in Article IV and such State accepts this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article XIII.

  • Any Member or Associate Member of the Organization that is not a Contracting Party may, upon its request, be invited as an observer at sessions of the Commission and its subsidiary bodies.

  • Acceptance of this Agreement by any Member or Associate Member of the Organization that is a coastal State or Associate member whose territories are situated wholly or partly within the Area defined in Article IV, shall be effected by the deposit of an instrument of acceptance with the Director-General of the Organization, the depositary of this Agreement, and shall take effect on receipt of such instrument by the Director-General.

  • In addition, the Director-General shall certify copies of this Agreement and transmit one copy to each Member and Associate Member of the Organization.

Related to Member of the Organization

  • Member organization means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or association that belongs to an association.

  • Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:

  • Member of the Immediate Family means, with respect to any Person who is an individual, (a) each parent, spouse (but not including a former spouse or a spouse from whom such Person is legally separated) or child (including those adopted) of such individual and (b) each trustee, solely in his or her capacity as trustee, for a trust naming only one or more of the Persons listed in sub-clause (a) as beneficiaries.

  • Member of the Board means an individual who is a member of the Board or of the board of directors of a Subsidiary or an Affiliate.

  • Supervised financial organization means a person, other than an insurance company or other organization primarily engaged in an insurance business:

  • Constituent organization means an organization that is party to a merger.

  • Member of the immediate family of the producer means a person who is related to a producer described in Subsection 59-12-104(20)(a) as a:

  • Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.

  • Member of the clergy means a clergyman or practitioner of any religious denomination accredited by the religious body to which he or she belongs.

  • Parent organization means the entity named in Item I. of the Policy Declarations.

  • Stewardship organization means an organization, association, or

  • Member of the University Community means any person who is a volunteer including high school students, an enrolled student, faculty or staff member, University official, any other person employed by the University or campus visitors.

  • ordinary member of the committee means a member of the committee who is not an officer of the Association under Rule 21;

  • Financial organization means any bank, trust company, savings bank, industrial bank, land bank, safe deposit company, private banker, savings and loan association, credit union, cooperative bank, small loan company, sales finance company, investment company, or any type of insurance company.

  • Educational organization means a nonprofit public or private elementary or

  • Student organization means a group, club or organization having students as its primary members or participants. It includes grade levels, classes, teams, activities or particular school events. A student organization does not have to be an official school organization to come within the terms of this definition.

  • Foreign organization means an organization created under laws other than the laws of this state for a purpose for which an organization may be created under the laws of this state.

  • Independent review organization means an entity that is accredited to conduct independent external reviews of adverse benefit determinations.
