Membership Committee definition

Membership Committee means a committee of the Board of Directors established under Bye Law 7.2 of the Institute’s Bye-Laws.
Membership Committee means, if delegated the power to do so by the Council, a committee formed by the Council for the purpose of reviewing and approving membership applications in accordance with this Constitution including any other powers and functions as delegated by the Council from time to time.
Membership Committee means a sub-committee of Council established specifically to consider applications for membership of the Society in accordance with Rule 5(6).

  • The Board of Directors may appoint a Membership Committee consisting of three (3) Directors and other appointed Regular Members.

  • The Appeal and Grievance Committee/ Membership Committee shall decide appeals on membership application within thirty (30) days upon receipt thereof.
