Membership Committee definition

Membership Committee means a committee of the Board of Directors established under Bye Law 7.2 of the Institute’s Bye-Laws.
Membership Committee means, if delegated the power to do so by the Council, a committee formed by the Council for the purpose of reviewing and approving membership applications in accordance with this Constitution including any other powers and functions as delegated by the Council from time to time.
Membership Committee means the members for the time being of the Membership Committee of the Institute constituted in the manner prescribed by these Articles.
