Merchant Partners definition

Merchant Partners means legal entities and / or individual entrepreneurs that have concluded agreements with the Seller, under which the Seller provides such persons with a range of services aimed at increasing the number of purchases made by the Clients from such persons, including by providing Clients with a Card, and paying remuneration to the Seller under such agreements.
Merchant Partners shall refer to any entity providing goods and/or services that accepts the Qwarta or QR code as a mode of payment by the Qwarta account holder. "Minimum Installment Amount Payable" shall refer to the minimum amount that a Qwarta account holder is required to pay on or before the Payment Due Date so that the Qwarta Account is not subjected to Late Payment Fees and/or temporary Qwarta suspension.
