Merged Plans definition

Merged Plans means the following:
Merged Plans means the Danbury Pharmacal, Inc. 401(k) Plan, the Danbury Pharmacal, Inc. Profit-Sharing Plan, the Schein Pharmaceutical, Inc. Profit-Sharing Plan, the Steris Laboratories, Inc. 401(k) Plan, the Steris Laboratories, Inc. Profit-Sharing Plan, and the Marsam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan or any of them individually.
Merged Plans means the Gillette Savings Plan and, effective as of the date each relevant plan was merged into the Plan, The Procter & Gamble 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, the P&G Prestige Products, Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, The Wella Employees Savings Plan, the HDS Cosmetics Lab, Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan & Trust, and the Frederic Fekkai 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan.

More Definitions of Merged Plans

Merged Plans means the following plans merged into the VIP effective January 1, 1996: (i) the Paramount Communications Inc. Employees' Savings Plan, (ii) the Prentice Hall Computer Publishing Division Retirement Plan, (iii) the Blockbuster Entertainment Retirement and Savings Plan, and (iv) effective January 1, 1997, the SIP. Special provisions applicable to Participants who were participants in the Merged Plans are set forth in Appendix A.
Merged Plans means the Amway Corporation 401(k) Retirement and Savings Plan and the Nutrilite Division Profit Sharing Plan.
Merged Plans means, individually or collectively as the context so requires, the plans that were merged into this Plan, as follows: (i) the Aqua Plan, (ii) the Four Seasons Industrial Services, Inc. Retirement Savings Plan (“Four Seasons Plan”) as merged as of January 1, 1993; (iii) the Pentech/QO Profit Sharing and Employee Savings Plan for Salaried Employees (“QO Salaried Plan”) as merged as of December 31, 1993; (iv) the Pentech/QO Employees’ Savings Plan for Omaha Hourly Employees (“Omaha Plan”) as merged as of December 31, 1993; (v) the Pentech/QO Employees’ Savings Plan for Memphis Union Employees (“Memphis Plan”) as merged as of October 1, 1994; and (vi) the Equi-Pen-Plus Master Profit Sharing Plan as adopted by OSCA (“OSCA Plan”) as merged as of October 1, 1995.
Merged Plans means the M.A. Hanna Company Capital Accumulation Plan, the M.A. Hanna Company 401(k) and Retirement Plan, and/or the O’Sullivan Corporation Retirement Savings Plan in effect as of May 31, 2003.
Merged Plans means the plans that have been merged into the Plan from time to time. Special issues related to such Merged Plans are addressed in Article 13.

Merged Plans shall also include any plan merged into the Plan prior to September 1, 2001. Special provisions applicable to Participants who were participants in the Merged Plans are set forth in Appendix A.
