Metal level definition

Metal level means a QHP at the bronze, gold, silver or platinum coverage level.
Metal level means the bronze, silver, gold, and platinum levels of coverage as defined in section 1302(d)(1) of the Federal Act.
Metal level means the level of coverage described in 42 U.S.C. 18022(d).
