Metered Usage definition

Metered Usage means the actual amount of electricity (in kWh) used by the Accounts as determined by the Utility.
Metered Usage means your kilowatt-hour usage at the Accounts during the applicable billing period, as adjusted by the applicable line loss factor(s).
Metered Usage shall be defined as the metered usage as provided by the DSP. "Total Usage" shall be defined as the metered usage plus the applicable transmission and distribution losses plus unaccounted for energy ("UFE") as published by the entity entrusted with transporting energy in the form­ of electrical power on a state or regional level using fixed infrastructure (e.g. ERGOT, PJM) (the "Transmission Operator") and DSP. Seller may use estimated Metered Usage if measurements of usage are not received timely from the DSP, in which case Seller will indicate that an estimate was used and will make appropriate adjustments upon receipt of definitive data verifying Metered Usage.

More Definitions of Metered Usage

Metered Usage shall be defined as the Metered Usage reported by the DSP as recorded by revenue grade power meters as defined in the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard C12.20-2010 Class 0.2. and is defined in Appendix A, Section 2.
