Methanol Plant definition

Methanol Plant means the methanol production facility of the Partnership located in Beaumont, Texas and having, on the date of this Agreement, a rated capacity of approximately 280,000,000 gallons per year.
Methanol Plant means the methanol production facility to be constructed by Atlas Methanol Company Unlimited and located in the industrial estate of Point Uses in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, with a design capacity of approximately 5,000 Tonnes of methanol per Day.
Methanol Plant means the land leased by BCI to BCP pursuant to the Ground Lease dated July 28, 2000.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.
