Method of Notice definition

Method of Notice. All notices required or permitted by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be effective upon receipt by the addressee. US Mail shall be the preferred means of contact with fax and other means being acceptable if actually received and immediately followed by a mailed hard copy.
