Mexican Subsidiary definition

Mexican Subsidiary means, with respect to any Person, a Subsidiary of such Person that is organized under the laws of Mexico.

Mexican Subsidiary means Delta Campeche, S.A. de C.V., a company organized under the laws of Mexico.
