Mezzanine Lender definition

Mezzanine Lender shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Mezzanine Lender as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Mezzanine Lender means the owner and holder of the Mezzanine Loan.

Mezzanine Lender means any Mezzanine Lender (as such term is defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement) or the New Mezzanine Lender (as such term is defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement).
