Miami Facility definition

Miami Facility means the facility and offices covered by the Miami Lease located at 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, consisting of office and research and development space for the Business, but excluding any portion thereof not used in connection with the Business.
