Michigan Environmental Science Board definition

Michigan Environmental Science Board means the board established within the Department of Management and Budget by Executive Order 1991-33 and transferred to the Department of Environmental Quality by Executive Order 1997-3, MCL 324.99904.
Michigan Environmental Science Board or "MESB" means that entity created as an independent autonomous body by Executive Order 1992-19.
