Voya shall determine whether each Milestone conforms to its Milestone Completion Criteria.

Upon completion of Project works, the Concessionaire may seek the issuance of “Project Milestone Completion Certificate” upon written intimation to Concessioning Authority of such completion.
A Certificate of Milestone Completion in the format of Attachment “R5” shall be issued by the Contractor, to be countersigned by the Purchaser’s authorized Project Manager, confirming readiness for shipment and delivery of all the Equipment forming part of said milestone, as set forth in Subarticle 1.3.5 above and as detailed in the Summary of Prices and Delivery Schedule, Annexure “C1”.
