Milestone Timetable definition

Milestone Timetable means the mutually agreed dates upon which Elite is obligated to complete the specific components of the Elite Development Activities with respect to {***}, as evidenced in Exhibits A and B hereto.
Milestone Timetable means the mutually agreed dates upon which Shasun is obligated to complete the specific components of the Development Activities with respect to each individual Developed Product and/or Development API as applicable, as evidenced in Exhibit C hereto.
Milestone Timetable means a twelve (12) month timetable commencing on the Commencement Date, to be agreed upon by MSI and ERDI in writing after the date hereof, setting forth certain milestones that ERDI must achieve within certain periods of time (each a "Milestone Period") prior to receiving a portion of the Aggregate Sum), and in connection therewith, MSI and ERDI hereby agree that (i) with respect to the six month period immediately following the Commencement Date, the Milestone Timetable shall provide that ERDI may receive no more than the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), and (ii) with respect to the seventh through twelfth months after the Commencement Date, the Milestone Timetable shall provide that ERDI may receive no more than the sum of seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) (the "$750,0000 Payment");

Examples of Milestone Timetable in a sentence

  • Novint and Xxxxxxxx shall conduct and direct the Research and Development, and shall do so in accordance with the milestone and budget timetable annexed hereto as Schedule A, as same may be amended from time to time by written agreement of the parties (the "Milestone Timetable").

  • MHTX shall pay Novint the balance of the Research and Development Fee in accordance with the Milestone Timetable (as hereinafter defined).

  • Alpharma reserves the right to withdraw from development any Developed Product where Shasun has not successfully achieved the milestones set out in the Development Proposal or Milestone Timetable and/or that Alpharma, in its sole discretion, determines would not be commercially viable to finance additional Development Activities for such Developed Product.

More Definitions of Milestone Timetable

Milestone Timetable means the table set forth in Exhibit C specifying the dates upon which (i) Orchid is obligated to complete the specific components of the Development Activities with respect to each individual Product and (ii) Alpharma is obligated to make the payments to Orchid for the Development Activities.

Related to Milestone Timetable

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone Date means the target date set out against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan by which the Milestone must be Achieved;

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Phase III Clinical Study means a trial involving administration of a Compound to sufficient numbers of human patients with the goal of establishing that the Compound is safe and efficacious for its intended use, to define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the drug or label expansion of such Compound, and to be considered as a pivotal study for submission of an NDA.
