Milestone Schedule definition

Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

Milestone Schedule means Seller’s schedule to develop the Generating Facility as set forth in Exhibit G, including any revisions thereto in accordance with this Agreement.

Milestone Schedule means Owner’s schedule to develop the Project as described in Section 4.5 and as set forth in Exhibit F, including any revisions thereto in accordance with this Agreement.

• Payments shall be made in accordance with the Payable Milestone Schedule of each Project Award, provided the designated PAR has verified compliance with the Statement of Work and accomplishment of the stated effort.

• Upon mutual written agreement of Landlord and Xxxxxx, the Milestone Schedule may be revised to reflect changes to the anticipated timeline; except that the final Milestone described in the Milestone Schedule related to Tenant’s commencement of operations in the Premises for the Permitted Use shall not be extended without City Council approval, as described in Section 2.14.

• Tenant shall apply for the first Project Approval by no later than the date set forth in the Milestone Schedule and shall continue to submit applications and obtain additional Project Approvals as necessary by the dates set forth in the Milestone Schedule.

More Definitions of Milestone Schedule

Milestone Schedule means the schedule in the form of Appendix 6.1(a), setting forth Seller’s development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and testing milestones, as set forth in Section 6.1.

Milestone Schedule means Seller's milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.
