mill site definition

mill site means the land comprising approximately four hundred (400) acres now owned by the Company immediately east of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street in the Cockburn Road District within the said State and more particularly described in the mortgage referred to in clause 3 hereof together with any adjoining land which the Company may hereafter acquire;
