Mine Developer and Operator definition

Mine Developer and Operator or “MDO” shall mean the Successful Bidder who has been duly appointed by WBMDTCL for obtaining statutory clearances, excavation & transportation of sand from sand blocks to stockyards if required, setting up and maintenance of stockyards, loading sand on the vehicle and sale of sand to end-consumer and includes their employees, agents, consultants or sub-contractors.

  • The contract for consultancy services related to Xxxxxx Coal Mine for Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR), Demarcation of periphery, advice on various statutory clearances / approvals, tender processing for selection of Mine Developer and Operator (MDO) etc.

  • The Mine Developer and Operator shall provide such assistance as the Independent Engineer may reasonably require for conducting the Tests.

  • The Mine Developer and Operator shall allow, subject to such conditions as TANGEDCO may specify, access to, and use of the Site for laying telephone lines, water pipes, electric cables or other public utilities, but only if it does not affect the operations of the Mines.

  • Where such access or use causes any financial loss to the Mine Developer and Operator, it may require the user of the Site to pay compensation or as per Applicable Laws.

  • It is also agreed that TANGEDCO shall not be liable in any manner on account of grant or otherwise of such approval and that such approval or denial thereof shall not in any manner absolve the Mine Developer and Operator or its Contractors from any liability or obligation under this Agreement.
