Mine development plan definition

Mine development plan means a permit or license application filed with the Division of Mines or Mined Land Reclamation for legal permission to engage in extraction of coal resources.
Mine development plan means a written plan that provides for the efficient and orderly development of mineral reserves and prevention of waste of surface and subsurface resources within the commissioner’s jurisdiction.
