Minimum Balance Threshold definition

Minimum Balance Threshold means $16,500,000.
Minimum Balance Threshold. One Hundred Ninety Million and No/100 Dollars ($190,000,000.00).
Minimum Balance Threshold. (a) One Hundred Eighty-Five Million Dollars ($185,000,000) for the period beginning on October 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2022, and (b) One Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($150,000,000) for the period beginning on January 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2023, and (c) Zero Dollars ($0) on and after January 1, 2024.

Examples of Minimum Balance Threshold in a sentence

  • Commencing with the fiscal quarter beginning January 1, 2025, Rush Peterbilt Truck Centers will pay PFC an amount equal to 0.20% of the amount by which the average daily outstanding principal balance of the Loan during such quarter is less than the Minimum Balance Threshold (the “Unused Line Fee”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Rush Peterbilt Truck Centers will not owe any Unused Line Fee if the daily outstanding principal balance of the Loan is equal to or greater than the Minimum Balance Threshold during a fiscal quarter.
