Minimum Contractual Consumption definition

Minimum Contractual Consumption. (MCC) means in respect of each Supply Period the minimum quantity of Gas the Customer can take as set out in the Contract Details (or Renewal Details).

Related to Minimum Contractual Consumption

  • Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;

  • Standard Contractual Clauses means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries, as approved by the European Commission in Decision 2010/87/EU, or any set of clauses approved by the European Commission which amends, replaces or supersedes these;

  • average consumption means the average consumption by a customer of a municipal service during a specific period, which consumption is calculated by dividing by three the total measured consumption of that service by that customer over the preceding three months;

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses means: (i) the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission on 4th June 2021 or (ii) such other standard contractual clauses that are approved by the European Commission for Controller to Processor transfers of Personal Data to a third country which has not received an EU Adequacy Decision (and are subsequently incorporated into the DPA). GDPR means the EU General Data Protection Regulation being Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  • gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e) and Cover Sheet Section D .

  • Maximum contaminant level (MCL) means the maximum permissible level of a contaminant in water which is delivered to any user of a public water system.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Maximum contaminant level goal or “MCLG” means the maximum level of a contaminant in drinking water at which no known or anticipated adverse effect on the health of persons would occur, and which allows an adequate margin of safety. MCLGs are nonenforceable health goals.

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • estimated consumption means the consumption that a customer, whose consumption is not measured during a specific period, is deemed to have consumed and that is estimated by taking into account factors that are considered relevant by the Municipality and which may include the consumption of municipal services by the totality of the users of a service within the area where the service is rendered by the Municipality, at the appropriate level of service, for a specific time;

  • Maximum contaminant level means the maximum permissible level of a contaminant in water which is delivered to any user of a public water system.

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.
