Essential Details means the required details in order for the Company to be able to place the Order for example but not limited to the type of Underlying Asset, Direction (Buy/or Sell), Opening price, closing price, style of the Order, the volume, if the Client places a Pending Order (limit or stop) the Client will indicate the intended price in which the Order will go in the market and any Stop Loss and or Take Profit etc.
Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits
Security Details means any security procedure you follow or use to give or authorise an instruction, confirm your identity or access a Device or certain functionality on that Device (for example a passcode, access code, security code, or biometric data such as a fingerprint).
Renewal Date means the effective date of Renewal. The first Renewal Date shall be the date as specified in the Policy Schedule (which shall not be later than the first anniversary of the Policy Effective Date) and the subsequent Renewal Date(s) shall be the anniversary(ies) of the first Renewal Date. The relevant Renewal Date shall be specified in the notification of Renewal in accordance with Section 3 of Part 4.
Agreement Details means the schedule attached to the front of these Terms setting out the variable information related to this agreement such as Your details and other information related to the Room Building means the accommodation building identified in the Agreement Details in which the Room is located.
Renewal Term has the meaning set out in Section 9.1.
Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.
Renewal Deadline means the third anniversary of the initial effective time of the Registration Statement.
Annual Renewal Date means the date in any calendar year, subsequent to the year in which the Policy comes into effect, corresponding numerically with the Policy Commencement date in that subsequent year.
Commencement of Commercial Production means:
(i) if a mill is located on the Property, the last day of a period of 40 consecutive days in which, for not less than 30 days, the mill processed ore from the Property at 60% of its rated concentrating capacity; or
(ii) if a mill is not located on the Property, the last day of a period of 30 consecutive days during which ore has been shipped from the Property on a reasonably regular basis for the purpose of earning revenues, but any period of time during which ore or concentrate is shipped from the Property for testing purposes, or during which milling operations are undertaken as initial tune-up, shall not be taken into account in determining the date of Commencement of Commercial Production;

Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.
Contact Details means sufficient details including but not limited to a name, surname, telephone number – business or private, e-mail address, postal and residential addresses that will enable a Municipality or organ of state to contact a person for purposes of executing their functions in terms of the Act or this By-law and in so far as it relates to an organ of state, the details of a contact person within the employ of the organ of state;
Commercial property means property formerly or currently used primarily for business, retail, governmental or professional purposes.
Total Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development, all of which shall be subject to the review and approval by the Credit Underwriter and the Corporation pursuant to this rule chapter, and as further described in Rule 67-48.0075, F.A.C.
Program Details means the specific details provided to Influencer by Brand, including, but not limited to, compensation, program dates, branding guidelines, general and specific responsibilities of Influencer and Brand. Influencer may engage in multiple Program Details, each governed by this Agreement. This Program Details are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If any provisions of the Program Details conflict with this Agreement, then the Program Details will control.
Flood Insurance Study means the official report provided by the Federal Insurance Administration that includes flood profiles, the Flood Insurance Rate Map, the Flood Boundary and Floodway Map, and the water surface elevation of the base flood.
Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.
Expanded learning means before school, after school, summer, or intersession learning programs that focus on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of pupils through hands-on, engaging learning experiences. It is the intent of the Legislature that expanded learning programs are pupil-centered, results driven, include community partners, and complement, but do not replicate, learning activities in the regular school day and school year. (EC Section 8482.1[a])
Special Primary Insurance Policy Any Primary Insurance Policy covering a Mortgage Loan the premium of which is payable by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.04(a), if so identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule. There are no Special Primary Insurance Policies with respect to any of the Mortgage Loans.
Group long-term care insurance means a long-term care insurance policy which is delivered or issued for delivery in this State and issued to:
Flood Insurance Study (FIS means an examination, evaluation, and determination of flood hazards, corresponding water surface elevations (if appropriate), flood hazard risk zones, and other flood data in a community issued by the FEMA. The Flood Insurance Study report includes Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and Flood Boundary and Floodway Maps (FBFMs), if published.
Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.
Commercial Premises Means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Appendix B takes place.
