Minimum Lump Sum Amount means $100, or, to the extent that the Committee has designated a different Minimum Lump Sum Amount under Section 8.1(c)(i) and (iii) of Schedule A, the Minimum Lump Sum Amount as set forth in Section 8.1(c)(i) and (iii) of Schedule A.
