Minimum Stock Overrun definition

Minimum Stock Overrun the positive difference for each Day between the Day's Minimum Stock and that of the previous Day minus the Daily Quantity Withdrawn and the Daily Quantity Transferred, plus the Daily Quantity Injected and the Daily Quantity Received on the Day in question. Month: a period beginning at six (6) a.m. on the first day of a calendar month and ending at six (6) a.m. on the first day of the following calendar month. Monthly Injection and Withdrawal Forecast: forecast sent by the Customer to the Storage Facility Manager under the conditions stated in Appendix D "Operational Storage Procedures".

Examples of Minimum Stock Overrun in a sentence

  • If the Customer’s notification at the PITSL for Day D is lower, in absolute value, than the absolute value of the Min CTL value for Injection (D), the Daily Notification will be accepted but the Customer assumes the risk of a Minimum Stock Overrun.

  • For Day D, any Storage Facility User has the possibility of giving notification for Daily Quantities Requested for Injection or Daily Quantities Requested for Withdrawal whose absolute value is greater than, respectively, the Max CTL for Injection (D) or the Max CTL for Withdrawal (D), provided that this notification does not lead to a Maximum Stock Overrun or a Minimum Stock Overrun, as the case may be.

  • Each Day, the Quantity of Gas matching the Maximum Stock Overrun is purchased from, and the Quantity of Gas matching the Minimum Stock Overrun sold to the Customer by the Storage Facility Manager, as specified in article 14.2.3. These are respectively termed "Daily Quantity Purchased" and "Daily Quantity Sold".

  • The purchases or sales specified above constitute the only compensation which the Storage Facility Manager may claim with respect to a Maximum or Minimum Stock Overrun.

  • For Day D, any Storage Facility User has the possibility of giving notification for Daily Quantities Requested for Injection or Daily Quantities Requested for Withdrawal whose absolute value is greater than, respectively, the Max CTL for Injection (D) or the Max CTL fo r Withdrawal (D), provided that this notification does not lead to a Maximum Stock Overrun or a Minimum Stock Overrun, as the case may be.

  • Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.

  • Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.

  • Class C Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class C Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Minimum Quarterly Distribution means $0.35 per Unit per Quarter (or with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.35 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.

  • Positive beam limitation means the automatic or semi-automatic adjustment of an x-ray beam to the size of the selected image receptor, whereby exposures cannot be made without such adjustment.

  • stipulated minimum threshold means that portion of local production and content as determined by the Department of Trade and Industry; and

  • Percentage Stock Ownership means the percentage Stock Ownership interest of any Person or group (as the context may require) for purposes of Section 382 of the Code as determined in accordance with the Treasury Regulation § 1.382-2T(g), (h), (j) and (k) or any successor provision.

  • Maximum Stock Loan Rate As provided in Annex A to this Confirmation.

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Restoration Threshold means an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Loan.

  • Maximum Share Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).

  • On-premise beer retailer means a beer retailer who is:

  • Minimum Disbursement Amount means Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000).

  • One-hundred-year flood means a flood having a one per cent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Actual Deferral Percentage means, for a specified group of Participants for a Plan Year, the average of the ratios (calculated separately for each Participant in the group) of (1) the amount of Employer contributions actually paid over to the Trust on behalf of the Participant for the Plan Year to (2) the Participant's Earnings for the Plan Year (or, provided that the Employer applies this method to all Employees for a Plan Year, the Participant's Earnings for that portion of the Plan Year during which he was eligible to participate in the Plan). Employer contributions on behalf of any Participant shall include: (i) his Elective Deferrals, including Excess Elective Deferrals of Highly Compensated Employees, but excluding (A) Excess Elective Deferrals of Non-Highly Compensated Employees that arise solely from Elective Deferrals made under the Plan or another plan maintained by an Affiliated Employer, and (B) Elective Deferrals that are taken into account in the Average Contribution Percentage test described in Section 5.10 (provided the ADP test is satisfied both with and without exclusion of these Elective Deferrals), and excluding Elective Deferrals returned to a Participant to reduce an Excess Amount as defined in Section 6.5(f); and (ii) if the Employer has elected to make Qualified Nonelective Contributions, such amount of Qualified Nonelective Contributions, if any, as shall be necessary to enable the Plan to satisfy the ADP test and not used to satisfy the ACP test; and (iii) if the Employer has elected to make Qualified Matching Contributions, such amount of Qualified Matching Contributions, if any, as shall be necessary to enable the Plan to satisfy the ADP test and not used to satisfy the ACP test. For purposes of computing Actual Deferral Percentages, an Employee who would be a Participant but for his failure to make Elective Deferrals shall be treated as a Participant on whose behalf no Elective Deferrals are made.

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;

  • Minimum Tranche Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).

  • Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Aggregate Stock Ownership Limit means not more than 9.8% in value of the aggregate of the outstanding shares of Equity Stock. The value of the outstanding shares of Equity Stock shall be determined by the Board of Directors in good faith, which determination shall be conclusive for all purposes hereof.

  • Minimum Balance means, at any time, an amount that equals the product of: (a) the average Borrowing Base (or, if less on any given day, the Revolving Loan Commitment) during the immediately preceding month multiplied by (b) the Minimum Balance Percentage for such month.

  • Minimum Cash Balance means $10,000,000 minus (i) $500,000, (ii) any amounts to be paid to holders of Allowed Ongoing Trade Claims of New Permian Corp., and (iii) any amounts to be paid to holders of Allowed Cure Amounts pursuant to Section 8.4(ii).

  • Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Accelerated Purchase Notice.

  • Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $4,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).

  • Equity Conditions Measuring Period means each day during the period beginning twenty (20) Trading Days prior to the applicable date of determination and ending on and including the applicable date of determination.
