Minor deviation that does not materially depart from the requirements set out in the tender document.
Minor deviation in the wordings can be accepted in case it is valid as on date of submission of the tender or issued not more than 06 months before the last date of submission of tender.
Minor deviation may be in the employer’s requirements or in any other tender requirement which do not alter the basic functionality of the work or part thereof.
