Minor Issue definition

Minor Issue means work requested by Customer that requires less than 1 hour of work by Vendor.
Minor Issue means any issue that has a minimal impact on the functionality of the Software Products. Response Time means the time elapsed from when a support request is received by Visionflex to the time when Visionflex begins addressing the issue.
Minor Issue means a non-standard, minor issue with performance involving either a partial or impaired work-stoppage, downtime or business impact affecting more than 5 Users.

  • Class C Common Stock means the Class C Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
