Borrower Common Stock definition

Borrower Common Stock means the common stock of the Borrower.
Borrower Common Stock shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.13.
Borrower Common Stock means the issued and outstanding common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Borrower.

Examples of Borrower Common Stock in a sentence

  • On the Restatement Date, Borrower shall issue to the Lenders, on a pro rata basis among the Lenders, 660,000 shares of Borrower Common Stock.

  • On May 1, 2023, Borrower shall issue to the Lenders, on a pro rata basis, 12,500 shares of Borrower Common Stock.

More Definitions of Borrower Common Stock

Borrower Common Stock means any class of outstanding common stock of the Borrower after the Recapitalization.
