Minor subcontract definition

Minor subcontract means a subcontract with an esti- mated cost that is less than $2,000.00 and an estimated work dura- tion of less than 3 days.
Minor subcontract means, with respect to the Construction Work, any subcontract, trade contract, material agreement or supply contract relating to the construction of the Improvements or a component thereof that is not a Major Subcontract.

  • Subcontract means any contract as defined in subpart 2.1 entered into by a subcontractor to furnish supplies or services for performance of a prime contract or a subcontract. It includes but is not limited to purchase orders, and changes and modifications to purchase orders.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.
