Trade Contract definition

Trade Contract means a contract between the Authority and a Trade Contractor for the performance of a portion of the Project.
Trade Contract means any agreement (other than the Architect’s Agreement and the Construction Manager’s Agreement) entered into by Mortgage Borrower or by the Construction Manager, in which the trade contractor thereunder agrees to provide labor and/or materials in connection with the construction of the Project Improvements.
Trade Contract means any general construction contract entered into by Borrower with respect to the Construction of the Improvements that satisfies the conditions set forth in the Reimbursement Agreement, and shall require the Trade Contractor to name GDB as an additional named insurer under a payment and performance bond satisfactory to GDB as to form, content and issuer with respect to such Trade Contractor's obligations under its respective Trade Contract, and shall be otherwise satisfactory to GDB in form and content.

  • Prior to Final Completion by a Trade Contractor of any Trade Contract, Contractor shall require the Trade Contractor to remove from the Work and Site all temporary systems, tools, equipment, machinery, and surplus materials not required for the continued performance of any Work under the Trade Contract or this Contract.

  • Upon request by the University, the Contractor shall permit inspection of the original Contract estimate, Trade Contract agreements, or purchase orders relating to the change.

More Definitions of Trade Contract

Trade Contract means a contract to carry out the trade works between the principal contractor and the trade contractor evidenced by the documents referred to in Clause 3 of the schedule (overleaf);
Trade Contract means a written agreement, generally in the form set forth in Exhibit B hereto, between Construction Manager and a Trade Contractor. The term “Trade Contract” also includes Purchase Orders.
Trade Contract means any contract or purchase order between either Borrower or Manager or an Affiliate of Borrower or Manager, or the General Contractor, and any other Person pursuant to which such Person agrees to provide labor, materials, equipment or services in connection with the construction of the Required Improvements excluding, however, from this definition of Trade Contract, the Architect's Agreement, the Engineer's Agreement, the Construction Agreement, the Development Agreement, Management Agreement and any other agreements pertaining solely to testing and engineering and other professional services.
Trade Contract means any contract or subcontract with a Subcontractor for the supply of labor and/or materials in connection with the construction of the Improvements.
Trade Contract means any agreement, contract or purchase order between Borrower, an Affiliate of Borrower or General Contractor, on the one hand, and any Trade Contractor, on the other hand, pursuant to which such Trade Contractor agrees to provide labor, materials, equipment and/or services in connection with the construction of the Project, in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The term “Trade Contract” shall not include the Architect Agreement, the General Contractor
Trade Contract means any agreement, contract or purchase order entered into with any Trade Contractor, pursuant to which such Trade Contractor agrees to provide labor, materials, equipment or services that are material in connection with the construction, development and renovation of the Camarillo Project Work.
