Miscellaneous Power shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9(a)(6) hereto.

Related to Miscellaneous Power

  • Miscellaneous Proceeds means any compensation, settlement, award of damages, or proceeds paid by any third party (other than insurance proceeds paid under the coverages described in Section 5) for: (i) damage to, or destruction of, the Property; (ii) condemnation or other taking of all or any part of the Property; (iii) conveyance in lieu of condemnation; or (iv) misrepresentations of, or omissions as to, the value and/or condition of the Property.

  • PAYEE TAX REPRESENTATIONS Each representation specified in the Schedule as being made by it for the purpose of this Section 3(f) is accurate and true.

  • Breach of trust means a breach of any duty imposed on a trustee by this Act or by the terms of the trust;

  • Tax Representations Each representation specified in the Schedule as being made by it for the purpose of this Section 3(f) is accurate and true.

  • Trust Indenture Estate means all estate, right, title and interest of the Indenture Trustee in and to the properties referred to in the Granting Clause of the Trust Indenture, excluding Excluded Payments.

  • Trust Indenture Act means the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 as in force at the date as of which this instrument was executed; provided, however, that in the event the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 is amended after such date, "Trust Indenture Act" means, to the extent required by any such amendment, the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 as so amended.

  • Necessary Personal Effects means items such as clothing and toiletry items, which are included in the Insured’s Baggage and are required for the Insured’s Trip.
