Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. “(SEA)” means the following:
Sexual Exploitation and Abuse means any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust, for sexual purpose, including, but not limited to, profiting monetarily socially or politically from the sexual exploitation of others (Sexual Exploitation); the actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions (Sexual Abuse).

Introduction 2.1 The Client named in the Data Sheet intends to select aConsultant from those listed in the Request for Proposals (RFP), in accordance with the method of selection specified in the Data Sheet.2.2 The shortlisted Consultants are invited to submit a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal, or a Technical Proposal only, as specified in the Data Sheet, for consulting services required for the assignment named in the Data Sheet.
