Mitsui Priority Amount definition
Mitsui Priority Amount means the Purchase Indemnity Amount under (and as defined in) that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated as of March 18, 2015, by and among Logistics Holding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, GE Capital Memco, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, General Electric Capital Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, MBK Commercial Vehicles Inc., a Delaware corporation, and MBK USA CV. “Mitsui Trainee” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Subsection 6.8(b). 13
