MLS Content definition

MLS Content means the listing data provided by Participants to MLS and aggregated and distributed by MLS to Participants, pursuant to the Rules.
MLS Content means the aggregation and compilation of all Listing Content and changes thereto.
MLS Content means all information pertaining to real property included in the MLS provided by MLS Participants/Subscribers including but not limited to personally identifiable information of buyers and sellers and any other individuals or entities, pending sales, off market listings, text, images, maps, audio, video, software and other informational content and data, MLS Participant/Subscriber information and any compilation, collection or combination of any of the foregoing, that is made available pursuant to this License.

  • Agent represents and warrants that: (a) Agent has the power and authority to enter into this Agreement; and (b) the Agent’s Website that utilizes the MLS Databases or the MLS Content does not and will not infringe any trade name, trademark, trade secret, patent, or copyright or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

  • Neither Participant nor Agent nor Service Provider shall knowingly allow any third party to Access, display or use in any way the MLS Databases or the MLS Content in a manner that exceeds, is contrary to, or in violation of the specific Access and License rights granted herein.

  • Service Provider represents and warrants that: (a) Service Provider has the power and authority to enter into this Agreement; and (b) the Service Provider’s system, software, Website, processes or techniques that utilize the MLS Databases or the MLS Content do not and will not infringe any trade name, trademark, trade secret, patent, or copyright or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

  • If MLS Content is used for IDX purposes, any Internet Website used for publication of the MLS Content or any portion thereof must be controlled by a Participant or Agent and advertised as Participant’s or Agent’s Internet Website.

  • Neither Participant nor Agent nor Service Provider shall transmit or permit Access, display or use in any way the MLS Databases or the MLS Content other than for the single purpose as described in Section 31 of this Agreement.

  • Other than the limited license rights described herein, neither Participant nor Agent nor Service Provider has any rights, title or interests in or to the MLS Databases or the MLS Content.

  • The license granted under this Agreement for Access to the MLS Databases and the MLS Content is for one (1) and only one (1) permitted use as checked off below, and for no other purpose whatsoever.

  • Both Participant and/or Agent and the Service Provider shall utilize appropriate security protection, including adequate firewalls, and other reasonable and customary efforts to secure, protect and prevent the MLS Databases and the MLS Content from unauthorized Access and use by third parties.

  • Consultant agrees to provide notice to any person with access to the display of the MLS Content that the source of the MLS Content is MLS.

  • MLS may, in its sole discretion and upon thirty (30) days prior written notice, change the means and nature of accessing the MLS Content.


More Definitions of MLS Content

MLS Content means those portions and categories of data and information specifically identified based on selections made in Section 1 above, that are licensed to PARTICIPANT under the Agreement.
MLS Content means the data, photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives and pricing information about real properties offered for sale in certain counties throughout the State of Oklahoma and real properties in other geographic regions, and any changes thereto, provided by Members and aggregated and compiled by MLSOK into its proprietary database.
MLS Content means any and all data, information and other content contained in the NTREIS database which is transferred via the RETS download from the MLS computer including, but not limited to, the copyrighted compilations of property listings.
MLS Content means the compilation of listings data and associated media maintained by REcolorado on the Website.

Related to MLS Content

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.
