Client Content definition

Client Content means content you, or any person(s) acting on your behalf or using your password or account, supplies to us, posts, or makes available for use in your Services.
Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.
Client Content means all materials, information, factual, promotional, or other advertising claims, photography, writings and other creative content provided by Client for use in the preparation of and/or incorporation in the Deliverables.

  • Rubicon will redact Client Content in such a way as to not divulge Client’s Confidential Information or Trade Secrets.

  • Except as authorized by CLIENT, COMPANY shall not: (i) modify Client Content and Data, (ii) disclose Client Content and Data, except as compelled by law or in accordance with Section 12.4 (Compelled Disclosure), or (iii) access Client Content and Data except to provide the SERVICE or prevent or address SERVICE or technical problems, or at CLIENT request in connection with customer support matters.

  • Rubicon reserves the right to (a) withhold, remove and/or discard Client Content in its possession, if any, in the event Client breaches this Agreement, including, without limitation, non-payment of fees and charges; and (b) purge and delete Client Content, if any, in its possession if Client fails to request such Client Data within thirty (30) days following termination of this Agreement.

  • Without limiting the above, COMPANY shall maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for the protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Client Content and Data and shall only use such data as set out in this AGREEMENT and in accordance with CLIENT instructions.

  • After such thirty (30) day period, Sprinklr shall have no obligation to maintain or return any Client Content.


More Definitions of Client Content

Client Content means any material that is (i) published or entered into the Sprinklr Account by a User or (ii) published or intended to be published to the Connected Services for which Sprinklr has Connected Services Authorization, through the Sprinklr Account.
Client Content means all materials, information, photography, writings and other creative content provided by Client for use in the preparation of and/or incorporation in the Deliverables.
Client Content means the Client Data and information specific to the Client, its Permitted Users, and any of their customers (including, but not limited to, any personal identifiable information of Client, its Permitted Users, and any of their customers), or the Client’s trademark or logo, which an End User has allowed to be uploaded or otherwise disseminated through the FOCUSIT Application or FOCUSIT Site.
Client Content means any and all courses, learning objects, certifications, quizzes, tests, materials, instructor-led sessions, or documents created and/or supplied by Client.
Client Content means all data, information, documents, and file Client uploads or inputs into PbK on the Service through the website, including, without limitation, Personally Identifiable Information.
Client Content means courses, programs, materials, and other collateral uploaded by CLIENT or on CLIENT’s behalf to the SERVICE.
Client Content means all information and materials provided by Client, its agents or employees, regardless of form.
