Client Content definition

Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.
Client Content means all materials, information, photography, writings and other creative content provided by Client for use in the preparation of and/or incorporation in the Deliverables.
Client Content means any material that is (i) published or entered into the Sprinklr Account by a User or (ii) published or intended to be published to the Connected Services for which Sprinklr has Connected Services Authorization, through the Sprinklr Account.

  • Neither you nor your Administrators will post any Client Content or Data that (i) is abusive, defamatory, libellous, harmful to minors or obscene; (ii) infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of any third-party or is otherwise unlawful.

  • APEX shall make the Service available to you for the term and subject to the applicable Usage Metric(s) outlined in an Order to remotely access and use the Services solely to process Client Content for your internal business purposes, including commercial services, and by and subject to the terms of this Agreement and any associated Documentation that may be provided for the Service.


More Definitions of Client Content

Client Content means the Client Data and information specific to the Client, its Permitted Users, and any of their customers (including, but not limited to, any personal identifiable information of Client, its Permitted Users, and any of their customers), or the Client’s trademark or logo, which an End User has allowed to be uploaded or otherwise disseminated through the FOCUSIT Application or FOCUSIT Site.
Client Content means all material including but not limited to logos, graphics, icons, image, photos, animation, video, audio music and text or other content created or supplied by the Client to the Supplier, as well as data inputted into the information fields of the Software by the Client, by Authorised Users, or by the Supplier on the Client’s behalf.
Client Content means any and all courses, learning objects, certifications, quizzes, tests, materials, instructor-led sessions, or documents created and/or supplied by Client.
Client Content means all data, information, documents, and file Client uploads or inputs into PbK on the Service through the website, including, without limitation, Personally Identifiable Information.
Client Content means courses, programs, materials, and other collateral uploaded by CLIENT or on CLIENT’s behalf to the SERVICE.
Client Content means all information and materials provided by Client, its agents or employees, regardless of form.
Client Content means any and all courses, learning objects, certifications, quizzes, tests, materials, instructor-led sessions, documents, or URLs created and/or introduced by Client or its Affiliates that reside in the Software.
