MLS GRID Metadata means reports and analytics of, and derivative works based on, Hub Data that is created and made by MLS GRID, MLS, or Participant or its affiliated real estate agents use of the Data Hub.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Vendor and Participant may use MLS GRID Metadata solely for Participant’s internal business purposes and under no circumstances may Vendor or Participant publicly display MLS GRID Metadata.
