Mobile Homes definition

Mobile Homes means any structure or device of any kind whatsoever, which is not self-propelled but which is transportable as a whole or in sections, which is manufactured, designed, marketed or used as a permanent dwelling.
Mobile Homes means those vehicles defined as such in section 102 of Title 75, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, added June 17, 1976 (P.L.162, No.81). (21 added July 1, 1978, P.L.725, No.130)
Mobile Homes means any transportable single-family dwelling unit without a per- manent foundation but suitable for year-around habitation and equipped with the means to connect to water, sanitary and electric facilities. It shall not include similarly prefabricated modular or unitized dwellings placed on permanent foundations nor shall it refer to travel trailers, campers or similar units designed for recreation or other short- term uses.

Mobile Homes means any structure or device of any kind whatsoever,
