Mobile Money Account means Borrower’s electronic money store of value for purposes of receiving and sending payments provided by the mobile network operator in Kenya such as but not limited to MPESA, Airtel money, T-Cash

Mobile Money Account means a bank account held by a Customer with the Bank and which is opened and operated in accordance with the terms and conditions herein contained;

Mobile Money Account means your mobile money store of value, being the record maintained by the Bank of the amount of E-Money from time to time held by you in the Mobile Money System;

• You hereby agree and authorise us to verify any information provided by you to us against the information held by the Mobile Money Services Providers in relation to your Mobile Money Account pursuant to the agreement between you and the relevant Mobile Money Services Provider for the provision of its products and services and the Mobile Money Services.

• We reserve the right to verify the authenticity and status of your age, and Mobile Money Account with the relevant Mobile Money Services Provider.

• The terms of the Loan and the fees payable in relation to each Loan application will be displayed on the App or USSD and you will have the option to accept or decline these terms, prior to the disbursement of the Loan to your Mobile Money Account.

• Failure to provide such information within the time required by the Bank may result in the Bank declining to accept your application for a Mobile Money Account.

• In such circumstances, if your E-Wallet has insufficient available balance, we shall credit your E-Wallet using the selected Mobile Money Account in order to cover the full value of your Payment Transaction and the relevant fees (as set out in the Fee Schedule).

Mobile Money Account means the Customer’s Mobile Money wallet registered in the Customer’s name;
