Mobile Vending definition

Mobile Vending means the provision of merchandise, services, or food, while temporarily stationary but primarily on foot, bicycle, vehicle or any other means of transportation or with any type of mobile receptacle, including but not limited to carts, tables, and wagons, other than a delivery vehicle owned and operated by a licensed retailer or wholesaler within the District, and specifically excluding hawkers, hucksters and peddlers;
Mobile Vending means peddling, vending, selling, serving, displaying, offering for sale or giving away services, goods, wares, merchandise, food, or beverages from a location without a fixed structure. "Mobile vending" includes, without limitation, offering services and goods from a mobile vending unit, a mobile food cart, tables, mats, or blankets.
Mobile Vending means vending, selling, serving, displaying or offering for sale, wares or merchandise or food from a mobile vending unit or mobile food vending unit located on a public street, highway or public parking space.
