Model Terms means any standard contractual clauses that the European Commission decides, in accordance with Article 26(4) of the EU Data Protection Directive, that offer, in respect of transfers of personal data from controllers to processors, sufficient safeguards as required by Article 26(2) of the EU Data Protection Directive;

Model Terms means the terms provided by us as a template agreement between Clinics and Doctors regarding the Consulting Services, or such other agreement as may be agreed by the Clinic and Doctor.
