Modified EDFR definition

Modified EDFR means a reference rate equal to the EDFR plus the EDFR Spread;
Modified EDFR means a reference rate equal to the EDFR plus the EDFR Spread; “Observation Look-Back Period” is as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and
Modified EDFR means the sum of (i) the Eurosystem Deposit Facility Rate and (ii) the EDFR Spread.

Examples of Modified EDFR in a sentence

  • If an ECB Recommended Rate has been recommended and both an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event and an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date subsequently occur, then the rate of €STR for each TARGET Business Day in the relevant Observation Period occurring on or after that ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to €STR were references to the Modified EDFR.

  • If no ECB Recommended Rate has been recommended before the end of the first TARGET Business Day following the date on which the €STR Index Cessation Event occurs, then the rate of €STR for each TARGET Business Day in the relevant Observation Period on or after the €STR Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to €STR were references to the Modified EDFR.

More Definitions of Modified EDFR

Modified EDFR means a rate equal to the Eurosystem Deposit Facility Rate plus the EDFR Spread.
Modified EDFR means a reference rate equal to the EDFR plus the EDFR Spread as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent.

Related to Modified EDFR

  • Modified Version of the Document means any work containing the Document or a portion of it, either copied verbatim, or with modifications and/or translated into another language.

  • Specified Event has the meaning given to such term in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA.”

  • Reserve Penalty Factor means the cost, in $/MWh, associated with being unable to meet a specific reserve requirement in a Reserve Zone or Reserve Sub-zone. A Reserve Penalty Factor will be defined for each reserve requirement in a Reserve Zone or Reserve Sub-zone.

  • Specified Employee means an employee who at the time of Separation from Service is a key employee of the Bank, if any stock of the Bank is publicly traded on an established securities market or otherwise. For purposes of this Agreement, an employee is a key employee if the employee meets the requirements of Code Section 416(i)(1)(A)(i), (ii), or (iii) (applied in accordance with the regulations thereunder and disregarding section 416(i)(5)) at any time during the twelve (12) month period ending on December 31 (the “identification period”). If the employee is a key employee during an identification period, the employee is treated as a key employee for purposes of this Agreement during the twelve (12) month period that begins on the first day of April following the close of the identification period.

  • Specified Event of Default means an Event of Default pursuant to Sections 8.1(a), 8.1(b) (with respect to Section 7.1 only) or 8.1(c).

  • Specified Equipment means the railway vehicles which the Train Operator is entitled to use in the provision of Services on the Network, as specified in paragraph 4 of Schedule 5;

An Entity shall cease to be a Qualified Entity and shall be deemed, to the extent it holds Partnership Interests, to become a Former Partner, immediately prior to any event or lapse of time which causes such Entity to no longer be a Qualified Entity as defined in this Section 1.18. The definition of Qualified Entity is intended to describe Entities such as Xxxxxx Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or similar type Entities.

  • Modified Following Business Day Convention means that the relevant date shall be postponed to the first following day that is a Business Day unless that day falls in the next calendar month in which case that date will be the first preceding day that is a Business Day;
