Money Market Loan Notes definition

Money Market Loan Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Money Market Loans, together with all amendments, consolidations, modifications, renewals and supplements thereto.
Money Market Loan Notes means the collective reference to the Grid Money Market Loan Notes and the Individual Money Market Loan Notes; each, individually, a "Money Market Loan Note."
Money Market Loan Notes means, individually and collectively, as the context shall require, the promissory notes of the Parent, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT A-3, and the promissory notes of the Service Company Borrowers in the form of EXHIBIT A-6, each evidencing the obligation of the relevant Borrower to repay the Money Market Loans, together with all amendments, consolidations, modifications, renewals and supplements thereto.

Related to Money Market Loan Notes

  • Revolving Loan Notes means with respect to any Borrower the promissory notes of such Borrower in favor of each Lender evidencing the Revolving Loans made to such Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.7(a), as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

  • Loan Notes means the promissory notes evidencing the Loans in the aggregate original principal amount of Two Hundred Million Dollars ($200,000,000) executed by Borrower in favor of Lenders, as they may be amended, supplemented, replaced or modified from time to time. The Loan Notes and any replacements thereof shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Term Loan Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower (if any) in favor of any of the Term Loan Lenders evidencing the portion of the Term Loan provided by any such Term Loan Lender pursuant to Section 2.2(a), individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.

  • Other Revolving Loans means the Revolving Loans made pursuant to any Other Revolving Commitment.

  • Revolving Agent means the collateral agent (or the administrative agent acting as collateral agent) under any Revolving Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity and, from and after the execution of a Revolving Credit Substitute Facility, one or more other agents, collateral agents, trustees or similar contractual representatives for one or more holders of indebtedness or other Obligations evidenced thereunder or governed thereby and its successors and assigns in such capacity, but in no event shall any Obligor or Affiliate thereof be, or appoint, the Revolving Agent.

  • Other Revolving Credit Loans means one or more Classes of Revolving Credit Loans that result from a Refinancing Amendment.

  • Revolving Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower in favor of each of the Lenders evidencing the Revolving Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.1(e), individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.

  • New Revolving Loan Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(b).

  • Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.

  • Dollar Denominated Loan means any Loan incurred in Dollars.

  • New Revolving Loans as defined in Section 2.25.

  • Term Notes means, collectively, the Term A Notes and the Term B Notes.

  • Term Loan Advances are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
