Month Employee definition

Month Employee is an employee whose assigned work year is limited to no more than three (3) weeks in addition to the duration of the school year.
Month Employee means a person employed by the Board who is a member of the bargaining unit and who works regularly thirty-five (35) hours per week from the last week of August to the first week in July each year and who may work additional periods during July and August as authorized by the Board.
Month Employee means an Employee who occupies a permanent full-time or permanent part-time position and is paid annually for two hundred fifteen (215) days as follows; two hundred six (206) working days, and nine (9) holidays together with vacation pay in accordance with Article 11.

Month Employee means an employee specifically hired for the twelve (12) month period July 1st through June 30th of any year.
Month Employee. An Employee whose employment period is less than 42 weeks of the year, where the probationary period has been satisfactorily served by the incumbent.   • Severance from Service Date means the earlier of:

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips. Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips. Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips. Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.

  • Affected employee means an employee who would be affected by the grant or denial of a variance, or any one of the employee’s authorized representatives, such as the collective bargaining agent.

  • Qualifying Employee means any employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries who is and has been an employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries for at least thirty-six (36) months.

  • Disability Retirement Date means the first day of the month following the last day of paid employment;

  • Regular Employee is one who is hired to work on a full-time or part-time basis on regularly scheduled shifts of a continuing nature;

  • Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.

  • Postponed Retirement Date means the first day of the month coincident with or next following a Participant’s date of actual retirement which occurs after his Normal Retirement Date.

  • Inactive Employee has the meaning specified in Section 7.01(a).

  • Current Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(a).

  • Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.

  • Active Employment means you must be actively at work for the Sponsor:

  • Business Employee means any individual employed by Seller in or in connection with the Business.

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Severance Date means the date on which an Executive incurs a Severance, which shall be the date of termination as determined under Section 5.2.
