Monthly Billing Date definition

Monthly Billing Date. (“MBD”) means the date in each month when the Customer’s usage of the Services commences for the purpose of calculating relevant Charges;
Monthly Billing Date means the approximate day in each month on which the Bank prepares the Statements;
Monthly Billing Date means the approximate day in each month on which BMO prepares the Statements;

More Definitions of Monthly Billing Date

  • Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
