Monthly Royalty definition

Monthly Royalty means the Performance-Based Royalty, determined in each case as a fixed monthly royalty payment, paid by Site Users to Licensor under the terms of each Site User License.
Monthly Royalty means the royalty of ten percent (10%) of your Gross Receipts that you must pay us each month as detailed in Section 5.2(a) of this Agreement.
Monthly Royalty means, with respect to each Payment Month, the amount due to Ligand pursuant to Section 2.02(a) for such Payment Month.

  • There will be an annual adjustment within ninety (90) days after the end of each operating year so that the total Monthly Royalty Fees and Monthly Program Fees paid annually will be the same as the amounts determined by audit.

More Definitions of Monthly Royalty

Monthly Royalty means, with respect to each Payment Month, the amount due to Ligand pursuant to Section 2.02(a) for such Payment Month. “Net Sales Proceeds” shall mean the aggregate amount of sales proceeds received by the Company (or an Affiliate, agent or sublicensee thereof, as applicable) and its Subsidiaries for Products in any Payment Month during the Term, less Excluded Costs. “Obligations” shall mean any and all payment obligations of the Company under this Agreement. “Pari Passu Collateral” shall have the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
