Moratorium legislation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provisions of all statutes whether existing now or in the future operating directly or indirectly:
(a) (To affect obligations): to lessen or otherwise to vary or affect in favour of any party any obligation under this Agreement; or
(b) (To affect rights): to delay or otherwise prevent or prejudicially affect the exercise of any rights or remedies conferred on a party under this Agreement, are hereby expressly waived, negatived and excluded.
Moratorium legislation. To the full extent permitted by law all legislation which at any time directly or indirectly:
(a) lessens, varies or affects in favour of the Trustee any obligation under a Trust Document; or
(b) delays, prevents or prejudicially affects the exercise by the Redraw Facility Provider of any right, power or remedy conferred by this agreement, is excluded from this agreement.
Moratorium legislation. Any law which varies prevents or prejudicially affects the exercise by a party of any right, power or remedy conferred on it under this agreement is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Without limiting clause 5.3 of the Project Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, the provisions of all Laws which operate to lessen or affect in favour of a party other than the State any obligation under this Deed, or to prejudicially affect the exercise by the State of any right, power or remedy under this Deed or otherwise, are expressly waived.
Moratorium legislation. 34.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law all legislation which at any time directly or indirectly:
(a) lessens, varies or affects in favour of any Obligor any obligation under a Financing Document; or
(b) delays, prevents or prejudicially affects the exercise by the Agent or the Lenders of any right, power or remedy conferred by any Financing Document, is excluded from the Financing Documents.

(a) lessens, varies or affects in favour of the Mortgagor any obligation under this Deed or any Collateral Security; or
(b) delays, prevents or prejudicially affects the exercise by any Mortgagee, any Receiver or Attorney of any Power, is excluded from this Deed and any Collateral Security.
Moratorium legislation. To the extent permitted by law, a provision of a law is excluded if it does or may, directly or indirectly:
(a) lessen or vary in any other way the obligations of any party under this Novation Deed; or
(b) delay, curtail or prevent or adversely affect in any other way the exercise by a party of any of its rights, remedies or powers under this Novation Deed.
9.1 Governing law
Moratorium legislation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provisions of all laws operating directly or indirectly to lessen or affect in favour of the Guarantor any obligation under this Deed, or to delay or otherwise prevent or prejudicially affect the exercise of any Power, are expressly waived.
