Mortgage Loan Allocated Loan Amount definition

Mortgage Loan Allocated Loan Amount means the “Allocated Loan Amount” as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Mortgage Loan Allocated Loan Amount means the “Allocated Loan Amount” (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement) set forth on Schedule I to the Mortgage Loan Agreement, a copy of which Schedule is attached hereto as Schedule I-M1.
Mortgage Loan Allocated Loan Amount means, (i) with respect to each Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Property, the “Allocated Loan Amount” for such Property as defined in the Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Agreement; and (ii) with respect to each CIGNA Mortgage Loan Property, the “allocated loan amount” for such Individual Property under the applicable Mortgage Loan Documents (or if the applicable CIGNA Mortgage Loan does not include a concept of “allocated loan amount”, the amount necessary to pay such CIGNA Mortgage Loan in full in accordance with the applicable Mortgage Loan Documents).

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Mortgage Loan Principal Balance means, at any date of determination, the aggregate principal balance of the Notes evidencing the Mortgage Loan.

  • Prepayment Penalty Amount With respect to any Remittance Date, all prepayment penalties, penalty or yield maintenance premiums or charges paid by the obligors under the Mortgage Notes due to Principal Prepayments collected by the Servicer during the immediately preceding Prepayment Period.

  • Group II Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Net Purchased Loan Balance means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations sold and/or contributed to the Buyer by the Seller (directly or indirectly) hereunder prior to such date plus (ii) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations acquired by the Buyer other than from the Seller prior to such date, in each case calculated as of the date of the Buyer’s acquisition thereof.
