Examples of Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount in a sentence
The obligation of the Master Servicer set forth in Section 2.03(c) to cure breaches (or, in the case of (a)(vii) or (a)(viii) above, to pay a Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount) shall constitute the sole remedy against the Master Servicer available to the Certificateholders, the Depositor, the NIMS Insurer or the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders respecting a breach of the representations, warranties and covenants contained in this Section 2.04.
As provided herein, the Trustee will elect to treat the segregated pool of assets consisting of the Mortgage Loans and certain other related assets (other than the Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount) subject to this Agreement as a REMIC for federal income tax purposes, and such segregated pool of assets will be designated as "REMIC I." The Class R-I Certificates will be the sole class of "residual interests" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions (as defined herein).
