Mortgage Loan List definition

Mortgage Loan List means the hard copy report provided by the Borrowers which shall include with respect to each Mortgage Loan to be included as Collateral: (i) the Mortgage Loan number, (ii) the Mortgagor's name, (iii) the original principal amount of the Mortgage Loan and (iv) the current principal balance of the Mortgage Loan.

  • Buydown Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan as to which a specified amount of interest is paid out of related Buydown Funds in accordance with a related buydown agreement.
