Mortgage Note Receivable definition

Mortgage Note Receivable means a promissory note secured by a Mortgage of which the Parent, the Borrower or another Subsidiary is the holder and retains the rights of collection of all payments thereunder.
Mortgage Note Receivable means any Indebtedness owing to a member of the Consolidated Group which is secured by a first-priority mortgage or deed of trust on commercial real estate having a value in excess of the amount of such Indebtedness and which has been designated by the Borrower as a “Mortgage Note Receivable” in its most recent compliance certificate.

  • Delinquent Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan as to which any Monthly Payment, or part thereof, remains unpaid for 30 days or more following the original Due Date for such Monthly Payment.

  • Transferred Receivables means any Receivables that have been sold, contributed or otherwise transferred to an Eligible Transferee in connection with a Permitted Supply Chain Financing that is permitted under the Credit Agreement.

  • Purchased Loan means each motor vehicle retail installment loan relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer, purchased by the Originator from such Dealer and evidenced by a Purchased Loan Contract; provided, however, that the term “Purchased Loan” shall, for purposes of this Agreement, include only those Purchased Loans identified from time to time on Schedule A hereto.

  • Pool Receivable means a Receivable in the Receivables Pool.
